I've noticed a pattern beginning to materialize.Oh, I know what you're thinking....yeah, yeah, you're borderline OCD, there's ALWAYS a pattern.But this time, I'm serious!It all revolves around the number 05.No, not just the plain number "5".That would be to basic, to identifiable, to easily noticed.Just "05".I first noticed it with the Asian Drums cd.My favorite track.Yep, every time it comes on, I have to glance over to the display in the car (yeah, yeah, keep your eyes on the road sweetie) & say, "Oh, 5, my favorite!"I really do say that, out loud, as I drive.I talk to myself a lot in the car.These days, no one thinks you're crazy, they just think your hip, happening, & have Blue Tooth.But I digress.(Yes, I do that a lot too.)So, a couple of days ago, I have my favorite happy music, Jeff Kashiwa, blasting.(I know it was blasting because the message on my cell phone later was, "What, was your music up to loud & you didn't hear the phone?!") And, sure enough, a track comes on, I say, "Oooh, I LOVE this one!" and wouldn't you know....05.And again yesterday, I happened to pop in a friends cd cuz I haven't listened to it in a while & I was feeling nostalgic & I really missed his voice, and...dah dah DAH!Yep, you guessed it.Track 05.Again!So, this morning, my daughter & I tried a little experiment as we waited for the bus.Put in Breaking Benjamin, cued it up and...Evil Angel.

Put in Breaking Benjamin, cued it up and...Evil Angel.My fav pick on the cd.Track 05.Zoinks & egads!So, now I'm probably going to be late for work as I rifle through the cd collection (the iPod won't work, cuz I put things on in the wrong order all the time) searching out the titles for Track 05.The only one that doesn't follow the pattern so far is the FooFighters.Track 04.But, I'm thinking somewhere along the line while they were producing the album there was another song in there, a former Track 1, maybe an intro song, that got cut in the editing process.Now the true conspiracy arises.I'm thinking it's a code of some sort.Like the binary message in Independence Day.Wait, it's not a message, it's a countdown.....kaboom.At some point, somewhere, sometime, Track 05 will go off triggering something to happen.Something big.And you will vaguely remember reading this.But most people won't even realize it.That's the beauty of conspiracy theories.The good ones are most difficult to prove.Gotta go.Must continue to test my theory with The Half Tail.Celebrate Fridayness!And, YAY, the abandoned son comes home today!!!
